Share2Us respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright infringement notices.

Reporting infringement

Send a notice to support@share2.us with the subject "Copyright Notice". A valid notice should include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. The share link or opaque ID of the allegedly infringing material, with enough detail to locate it.
4. Your contact information, including name, address, email, and phone.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

Our response

On receipt of a valid notice we will act expeditiously to disable access to the identified share and notify the uploader where possible. Repeat infringers' accounts will be terminated.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to support@share2.us including:

1. Your signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and its former location.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, of a good-faith belief the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction as legally required.

We may restore the content if the complainant does not pursue legal action within the period required by applicable law.

Repeat infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
