Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines what you may not do with Share2Us. It supplements the Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, share revocation, account suspension or termination, and reporting to authorities.
Prohibited content
You may not upload, store, share, or link to:
- CSAM, with zero tolerance. Detected content is reported to authorities and the account is terminated.
- Content that is illegal in your or our operating jurisdiction.
- Malware, viruses, ransomware, exploit kits, or other malicious code.
- Content that infringes intellectual property or trade secrets. See the DMCA/Copyright Policy.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, or content that harasses, threatens, or endangers others.
- Content promoting terrorism, violent extremism, or human trafficking.
- Stolen data, breached credentials, or personal data shared unlawfully.
- Sexually explicit material involving real persons without lawful basis and consent.
Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Use the Service to distribute spam or run phishing/scam campaigns.
- Circumvent quotas, rate limits, expiry, revocation, or authentication.
- Attempt to access other users' content, accounts, or storage objects.
- Probe, scan, or attack the Service or its infrastructure except under an authorised, scoped agreement.
- Use automation to evade limits or abuse controls.
- Resell or operate the Service as an anonymous public file host.
- Upload secrets or credentials of third parties without authorisation.
Automation limits
AI agents and automation must follow the required confirmation flow; silent or unattended uploads that bypass required confirmation are prohibited. Automation may not be used to circumvent account limits or abuse controls.
Enforcement
We may, at our discretion and where lawful, remove or block content, revoke shares, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with law enforcement.
Reporting abuse
Report violations via the "Report abuse" link on any public share page or by email to support@share2.us. Reports are surfaced on our internal admin dashboard and emailed to our abuse team for review.
